This policy explains how Pic2VideoAI handles digital SaaS subscriptions, generation credits, failed generations, and billing support.
Digital Service
Pic2VideoAI sells access to a digital SaaS product and AI generation credits. We do not ship physical products.
Failed Generations
If a generation fails because the provider or service cannot complete the job, credits are not charged or are returned through our credit ledger when the failure is recorded.
Used Credits
Successfully consumed generation credits are generally not refundable because they trigger third-party AI processing costs. We may review exceptional cases such as duplicate charges, technical errors, or account compromise.
Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Refund eligibility for a paid subscription depends on usage, timing, duplicate charges, applicable law, and the checkout provider's policies.

Merchant Of Record
Where Creem checkout is used, Creem may act as merchant of record and may handle tax, payment, invoice, and refund processing through its checkout and support workflows.
