The service provides image upload, prompt creation, AI video generation, job history, and related account features. We do not sell physical goods, custom agency services, or managed advertising services.

You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing it on any ecommerce, advertising, or social platform.

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information when using paid features.

You must own, license, or otherwise have the necessary rights to any images, product photos, logos, trademarks, copy, and prompts you upload or submit.

You may not use the service to create content that violates another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.

AI-generated output can be imperfect, delayed, or unavailable. The service does not guarantee conversion rates, advertising performance, platform approval, or that output will be error-free.

Paid plans and generation credits are digital SaaS purchases. Where available, payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Pricing, taxes, checkout availability, and invoice details may be shown during checkout.

Use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may reject prompts, block generation, suspend accounts, or remove access when content creates legal, safety, payment, or platform risk.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, chargeback fraud, policy violations, security risk, illegal activity, or attempts to bypass usage limits.
